Returns and Exchange Policy:
We make your product at a high cost, so if we receive a return it would be a great loss for us but we would love to exchange or refund your product if it is damaged or not fit.

- Can I exchange or return my product?
Absolutely yes. You can exchange your product within 25 days after receiving your order and return within 20 days after receiving your order until and unless it’s not damaged neither worn and all of its tags remains with it.
- If I am not happy with my product?
That seems impossible. Our first priority is to help you out anyway we can. So if there is something wrong with the product, kindly contact our customer support. We would like to sort it out for you and fix it for you.
- Who will pay for shipping?
Customer will pay for the shipping in case of return or exchange. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your return.
To Be Noted: Customer will not pay the shipping if the product they received is damaged.
- Can I return or exchange a product that has been customized?
Yes if the concern is on the quality of leather.
- What If I made any mistake while ordering?
We deliver the exact item that you have chosen. If you made any mistake while ordering like incorrect color, size, quantity then the item may not be returned but it can be exchanged and the customer will pay the shipping in that case.
